Started the weekend Friday night with hotdogs on the mini, been wanting some for awhile so made it happen. Saturday night fired the mini up again for some steaks and salmon. I will have to say the mini egg is a steak grilling machine. Sunday after church I fired up the large for some baby backs that night while watching a little Nascar. My little niece loves egg ribs so if she approves I guess I did ok. Monday leftovers or a banana sandwich I'm not cooking. Hope everybody had a great Labor Day weekend. Sorry if I got a little pic heavy.
