Made a few pizza's after working in the yard.... My son will home tomorrow so I'll make the ribs then...had it up to 700 pretty quickly.

@SGH , I don't believe there's anything you need help with. Your cooks are always awesome. That being said, I'd be happy to get there someday just to say hey and converse....if not and you get here first the same invitation is extended my friend.

I can do pretty good cooking meat. That being said I honest to goodness stink at pizza. You notice that you have never saw me post a pizza pic. There is a reason for that. I'm not worth a flip at it. Just never practiced it. But I'm working on it my friend.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Thanks guys...I'm hung up on cooking pies on LBGE for sure. @blind99 in an effort to get things made quick I buy the dough fresh at some local pizza places like Pizza Joint, Mellow mushroom. About $1.50 each so it's worth it. The dough is by pliable.

Those are nice looking pizzas...what specifically are the varieties?When I'm not Eggin', I'm scootin' Eggin' and 'cueing from Temecula Ca; an hour from San Diego, an hour and five minutes from Palm Springs, and an hour and a half from Los Angeles (yeah, right. With THAT traffic?)
