Got these bad boy butts started for the duration !! Some folks get sad when the Bad Byron's jar is empty......I get glad because I know where I used it !!!

11 hours of patience (well, I slept through 8 hours of it), a bunch of Bad Byron's, and 4 pork butts later, at 280 degrees brings amazing results.
Pastor will have his hands full keeping my attention this morning !!!!
