Flame Went Out

Started cooking 3 butts at 9:15. At midnight the flame was at 250, at 2:00pm it was at 225 and at 5:00 it was at 180.

The meat ranged from 147-155. I pulled it all, wrapped it, and put it in the oven at 250.

The appearance would tell me that it was likely higher than the 147-155 at some point. It would have been done around 9:15am and that will still be the case in the oven.

My question is:
Is it safe to serve after I bring it to 200 degrees in the oven, or did it sit at that 140 Mark for too long?
