2# little guy... 250 till 160 IT, wrapped with a little Mass Rising till 207 IT. Pulled Sammie's with tiger sauce and a little Tennessee Red.

That is about an average for my chuckies as well. If you like shredded beef tacos you should try DP Fajitaish. @Phatchris-great results-obviously my guess of 5 hours was a little short! In my book pulled beef has it all over pulled pork.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

No DO, indirect 250 for 5 hours with some jack daniels chips and cherry chunks till IT of 160, doubled wrapped in HD foil with an ounce or so of the beer I was dranking till an IT of 207 probed like buttah... No FTC, just let it rest in its juices in foil for an hour and pulled.

I think so, unless you are going to do a whole clod. But I don't know what I would do with that much meat.
