Wrapped venison blackstrap and bacon wrapped shrimp

Wrapped a piece of venison blackstrap with Benton's bacon after it had been rubbed well with Cow Lick. Sprinkled rub over bacon. Cooked raised direct 450 deg, flipping every 5 mins until bacon crisp and meat 120 deg. Then sauced with Bronco Bobs raspberry chipotle glaze. Let sit 15 mins before slicing.
The shrimp were fresh gulf jumbo wrapped with cheap thin bacon then tossed in equal parts good honey mustard and creamed horseradish. Cooked raised direct. 450 for two or three minutes per side until bacon charring.
Served with baked sweet potato topped with cinimmon sugar and butter, and creamed spinach. Egg slant.
