Nice chops, rubbed with Webber Chipolata and my own sweet rub. Had a craving for fried egg noodles lately. Hit the spot.
XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

You cook egg noodles the normal way by boiling, then after draining (ether right away or after they are left overs in the fridge) you sautee them. In this case I sauteed asparagus, onions, and brocoulli before adding the noodles. It gives them a whole different texture.PNWFoodie said:Your chops look really moist - nicely done!
