This may be the first recipe posted on this forum from Popular Mechanics magazine. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounded interesting. FWIW....
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tblspns red- or white-wine vinegar
1 Tblspn sweet pickle relish
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
Mix until combined, adjust for seasonings, and refrigerate until tailgate time.
I don't know how an 1/8-tsp of anything can be noticeable in a cup of mayo, but whoop there it is...

On top of that, it includes pretty much all things you would put on (or in) a burger anyway. The vinegar is just making the mayo more acidic. I'm not so sure about this one.Biggreenpharmacist said:Sounds like thousand island dressing
