Little birds are taking a brine bath till dinner. Should I stuff or spatchcock them?

I like em spatched. No room inside to stuff.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I spat mine and I'll tell you why...besides cooking better cutting them open lets you clean the remaining guts out of the inside. I think the gutting technique is rapid and leaves behind too many pieces and parts!

Spatchcocked them, but full disclosure they cooked on the gasser. We have had thunderstorms and flash floods since lunch so I retreated to screened in porch.
These little rascals were good.

Good? On a gasser?! LOL! I am not a gasser fan and returned the last one I bought (years ago) cuz the food was sooooo bad. Still, glad it worked out for you! Charcoal will be sooo much better!

Amen @Carolina Q - but if my choice is gasser or oven - and in torrential rain my gasser is usable - I'm gonna suffer through it. Trust me, when the rain set in I was pissed because I wanted to light the fire tonightXL BGE, Blackstone, Roccbox, Weber Gasser, Brown Water, Cigars -- Gallatin, TN
