Niagra Eggfest

I was at the Niagra Eggfest this past weekend and had a great time. After being there last year I decided to volunteer to cook along with a friend of mine and our wives. I made some rubbed peameal bacon with a special rub I make and my friend made jerk pork. Lots of people there from south of the border. We didn't have a lot of time to test the goods but did get to try a few things others had made and all were good. Thanks to Hernder  Estates for supplying the lovely grounds and Lakeshore Living for putting on a great day!
