Stuffed chicken

So I did it. I stuffed a chicken with stuffing, sausage, and mushrooms. Pepin makes it look a thousand times easier than it was for me. When I got done deboning the chicken it looked like parts of it had gone through a food processor. I had never tied anything up like that before so that was an experience also. After a few choice words the chicken went on the grill. It was by far the juiciest piece of meat that I had EVER cooked. It may it have looked the prettiest but it sure was delicious. I also did a pineapple upside down cake. Haven't tried that yet but will definitely let you know.

Awesome! I was really hungry before seeing this, now even more.
Did you cook the sausage first, or put it in the chicken raw?

Thanks guys for the encouragement. Practice makes perfect but it's going to take a lot of practice to make it look as good as the video.
@blind99 I did cook the sausage first but not all the way. I've never done this before so I didn't want to take any chances.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH -

@jcaspary nice job it looks fantastic! I hear it gets easier, I'll be doing my second one this week on vacation. It really is a crowd pleaser when it hits the table too. It's got that WOW factor that few other meals can match.
Again, strong work!!! :-bd -
@travisstrick that thing looks like the cover of Gourmet magazine. What'd you do, have Pepin swing by your place and fix one up for you :P

And I'm in love with Pepin. I have a huge man crush. I've even started describing my meals in a French accent. The wife lady isn't impressed.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Thanks all, I was glad that it tasted so good. @llrickman and @philly35 I am not good at the technical side of cooking. I'll admit it was hard but well worth giving it a shot. What's the worst that can happen. If you totally fail make some shredded chicken sandwiches or throw it on a salad.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH
