Costco now carries Prime steaks.. so I had to reverse sear some!

It is relatively hard to find prime grade beef in my area, so I was extremely happy when I found some Sunday. Roasted at 400 °F until 110°F, cranked my egg up to 650 and seared for approx 1 minute a side.

Washed down with a RuinTen IPA from Stone.

I think I got some nice sear marks, what do you think?
