Spatchless Chicken
I don't mean to blaspheme, given the number of spatch-chicken fans on the forum... However, it seems to me that with my large egg: I'd be limiting myself t0 cooking one chicken at a time... Where I can do three at a time with the butt-stands....and the chicken turns out great...
Am I missing something?

I honestly can't tell much of a difference except for the fact that spatch cooks faster and it makes carving easier. I often still do them vertically on my small.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
