@Mickey. ..did you say mangrates?

Bone in ribeye tonight. Mickey mentioned the mangrates so I dug them out.

Going through a bag of Rockwood. Some nice size pieces I'll save for an overnight.

Went 250 to 100 degrees and then the mangrates went on and cranked it up to 700

The mangrates do make a sexy steak.
