@johnmitchell The sauce for those peaches is awesome. I was just reading about how to make caramel candy and I think I'm going to try turning the recipe into candy.

Thanks. I have a  Kitchener #12 Electric Grinder and a Kitchener 5-Lb. Stuffer. I got both from Northern Tool online.
