Beef Ribs in Progress

Since the ribs have been smoking for 3hrs at 250 I thought I would jump away from the question thread and do a in progress thread.
Started out with a pan full of who know what kind of ribs because I didn't get to see the label. They are about 1 1/2"-2" thick with bone in. image Just went on the egg with oak for smoke after a generous amount of BBBR and some Red Eye express. I really like this combo on beef. image And 3 hrs later the thick ones are at 135IT image
