Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

@Mickey, they look terrific!  I do agree with you about bones.
Have you tried the mixture of cranberry sauce and Lipton's Dry Onion Soup that was posted about here a few days ago?
I have and it's great; it would make those lovely chops sing out loud!

    P.S.
I'm trying to figure out what setup you are using to create the indiect cook.
Could you please post about that; I'd like to try it on my mini.
    TIA

If no stone just cut a peace of steel and use it for indirect.

No man. One day we are dropping in. Do you have a Mini Woo?

Not yet, but I'm holding off until the mini-max comes out.  I'm pretty intrigued with the height of the mini combined with the 13" cooking surface of the small.  Once it's available, I will decide whether to buy one or stay with the mini.  Whichever one wins out will soon have a woo and a stone.

The welcome mat is still out here in the PNW.
