Sunday pulled pork and ribs

This Sunday's smoke is pulled pork and ribs. Point to note: I got some baby backs from a buddy at work who had them in his freezer for who knows how long. I decided to thaw them out and smoke them up. After removing them from the cryo, they smelled bad. So... off to the store this morning, hoping they had thawed spare ribs. They had 2 racks, fortunately, so I got one of them. Ribs rubbed up, pork shoulder rubbed up and injected (let's give this a try) On the egg now, target 6.5 hours. Oh, and lots of applewood smoke.

maintaining 250-260 for the first 3 hours. Shoulder is 150 IT currently, halfway there. Starting dough in the bread machine for buns, gonna throw em on the egg after pulling the meat. This ought to be good.

Buns turned out very well, as did the ribs. Pork shoulder, not sure what happened. I either didn't check the weight, or misjudged the time... got it to 195, then I have to pull it for some reason. Wasn't fall apart tender, but it was tasty enough. No pics, since the guests were getting ansty. Dinner was to be between 4 and 5 and I pulled the shoulder after 5.
