They should be ready in about 25 minutes! Nice Gulf Pinks stuffed with crab cake and wrapped in bacon!

Ok, I was a little skeptical, but these shrimp came out GREAT!I was concerned that the the shrimp would be done long before the bacon and crab cake. The bacon wasn't as crisp as I was hoping, but it was not chewy and you could bite right through it. The only problem with the shrimp was where it was exposed it got over done and a few of them were rubbery. Other than that, these were fantastic!
