My neighbour has my small kamado so I've been busy with the LBGE this week. Spatched a yardbird (400F raised direct on the AR Extender) and then pulled it, added gravy and peas, comfort food at its best. Thanks for looking.

@berndcrisp pull the chicken, make a sandwich of the pulled chicken and add gravy (in this case its a canned (gasp!) Cordon Bleu you smother on top.  Not something we have all the time but about a half dozen times a year.
