Pulled pork L&S

I don't normally cook to time but I need my Pulled Pork FTC by 3:00. I like the L&S method, around 250. I'm doing two 8lber. I'm thinking about 1.5 per lb. Is that about right?

Sounds bout right for timing You can always bump the temp if you get in a crunch.
