    I'm not sure what the purpose is. You can't cook enough on it to run a restaurant or at least a popular one. Pulled pork can be cooked on a smoker in mass quantities and be just as good. Is it just a $4000 novelty? Yes, little Steven could sleep in it but other than that?

    @henapple‌ you really are correct. When I do a large amount of meat I do use my meat monster which I believe turns out better that is the up sude. Down side is I could have gotten 3 XXL for the price of the meat monster :(
