Packing and prepping for a weekend at a lake. I might pack the Mini to treat some to a 4lb cab brisket, but my main cook on a gasser will be buffalo chicken sliders using thighs, on Hawaiian sweet rolls with some ranch slaw.first time trying this but wanted something different.

So broke out the slicer to prep my slaw will put together Sat. Turned out fast and sliced to what you like. carrots were done on the julienne.
