    Just did this last night (with Spatch chick to boot)..

    Soak corn for 15 min or so, fully covered.

    Peel the husk back but don't pull it off - expose all the kernels.

    Remove the silk.

    Brush with melted butter.

    Pull husk back "up" so that the ear is all covered with husk once again.

    Cook about 5 min per 1/4 side, rotating a quarter turn every 5 min.  I did raised direct on the CGS AR (level 3).

    Best corn we've ever had.  This is now our go-to way to cook it, but I like some of the tricks mentioned above also and will be trying soon!
