They are using a lot of BGE's tonight and did stuffed pork butt that looks interesting. They cold smoked shrimp on the egg. It's on 5 he Travel Channel.

Just watched it. The cold smoked shrimp using the mini as the smoke generator and the large as the chamber was cool. The other team using a bathtub to smoke on was really stupid-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.
