A few scallops
Cooked theses bad boys on the lodge cast iron at about 400* . Dizzy pig raging river and wraped in bacon! Turned out awesome.

They do look awesome. I just bought some myself maned love the bacon idea. Could I just cook them direct without skillet? How long and temp?

Do you parcook the bacon at all first? It seems like bacon usually takes longer to cook than I would normally cook scallops, but I haven't tried it myself yet. Looks great.LBGEMenasha, WI

@jerryb78 no precooking of the bacon, after I seared the scallops I turned bacon side down and rolled to cook bacon.

scallops are so quick and easy, if you can find them loose by the pound, you could get enough for just you. It's a really short cook, throw them on at the end.
