Pepper Stout Beef

I bought a couple of chuckies while at the commissary, and decided to make pepper stout beef. Rubbed both chuckies with salt and pepper, and put them on the egg over some RO and Jack Daniels wood chips. Once they reached 165 degrees IT, they went into the bath of Worcestershire, a couple cans of Guinness, a couple onions, some bell peppers, and chipotle powder.
Pulled it off the heat when they probed tender, and let them rest for awhile.
The finished product was enjoyed by all:
