Quick Skirt Steak Cook
Options
Took the egg up to 575 and put these skirt steaks on for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Put them in Mojo marinade overnight and and small shake of Weber Steak and Chop seasoning and sliced it thin. Absolutely delicious!
