Sundays dinner: chicken lollipops and Chilliwack corn!

So thanks to people who helped me last week with the advice on how to make chicken lollipops. I made them tonight and they were great. I also made some great Chilliwack, BC corn in the cob. It has to be the best corn in Canada! Chicken lollipops 1. Cut the skin just below the knuckle and trimmed off all the tendons. I then removed the small sharp bone with clean plyers. 2. Seasoned the chicken with a mixture of "the worlds best chicken rub" mixed with oil and lemon juice. I let this sit in fridge for 6 hours 3. Cooked indirect on egg at about 350 for about 45 mins. I hung the chicken in a rack. 4. Removed the chicken and dipped half in a hot sauce and half in a regular bbq sauce 5. Place back on egg for 15 mins. I removed the chicken at 170. I planned on leftovers but they were too tasty not to eat all of them tonight.
