Smoked Jucy Lucy 2.0 (best yet)
2 (80/20) quarter pound paddies sprinkled with rub on both sides, stuffed with sharp cheddar. Smoked @ 250 indirect with oak for smoke. My best effort to date. A few low quality cell phone pics.

Those look great. Cool idea on smoking the burgers- I am sure the flavor was exceptional.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Being from Mpls the home of the Jucy Lucy we have a number of bars that have their own version. Matt's Bar, 5&8, Blue Door Pub and the Nook. This effort was real close to the best I have tried.Edina, MN -
