@HDumptyEsq‌ Thanks. I'll be honest and say the 2nd set of sea scallops to go on the skillet there wasn't enough oil left or butter to get the caramelizing to occur like the first set did. (A friend pointed this out and I agree it could've been better on the 2nd set). There's room for improvements :-). Thanks for the compliment. :-D

Just seen this. Wow, that is a perfect looking meal. Being from Boston, I love the lobster man. I'm sure Hapster liked the caveman steak... Awesome pics as well. Finalized with a great brew. Enjoy!!!

Thanks man! So my Bostonian friend. Does this classify as wicked good? :-). You'd have to be a total Barney to not like caveman, lobster or scallops ) right. Lol

@NPHuskerFl Your food picks rocked definitely.  Very excellent cook, Sir.  No, I am not an Original Husker born and bred, but my family did spend five years there after we bounced around with the Army for a while.  Both kids were born there and we have a laundry list of great friends we met while there, so it's probably more home to me than just about anywhere.

Kids are now 12 and 10, so it's there first trip to and tour of Memorial Stadium, so they are even more into the GBR and Blackshirts than before the trip.
