semi OT - Sputnik grilled chicken souvlaki, Thai mango salad

Quick and simple dinner.

Chicken breast cubes marinaded in OO, garden fresh oregano and mint, lime zest and juice (out of lemon), fresh garlic, salt.... marinaded couple of hours.

used my Sputnik grill, hence semi OT...

home made tzatziki sauce, onion and store bought tandoor baked naan...

served with Thai mango salad ... mango, garden fresh Thai basil, chili flakes, lime, fish sauce, sesame seeds, sugar, salt... marinaded overnight.

That salsa looks way outta bounds!!! Do you have the amount of each ingredient handy??

Thanks @Phatchris and @Mattman3969.  SWMBO made the mango salad, sorry she didn't measure anything, but if you google on 'thai mango salad' you'll get a good idea of quantities and variation of ingredients. I must stress that it tastes much better after marinating, give it at least few hours.
