My turkey legs and thigh

Woke up this morning wondering what to cook. I settled on some turkey legs. While at the grocery I saw they had some nice looking boneless thighs, so I bought one.
I set my lg bge indirect plate-setter legs up with a drip pan, stabilized the dome temp at 300*
I coated the turkey with a slather of Blue Plate mayo and seasoned with some Firehouse Flashover Creole seasoning. then placed on my egg to let cook to internal of 180ish.
After about 4 hours my thermopen said 185 on the legs and 165 on teh thigh. I removed the turkey and placed the pieces in the drip pan with teh drippings and covered with foil and cooked for another hour. When I uncovered everything it was beautiful, lots of juice from the drippings.
Results teh legs came out perfect, very tender juicy, you'd love them.
But the thigh was a lil disappointing tough not very tender.
*( for the life of me, every time I type the word "the" it comes out "teh" I'm so sick of correcting it that I now will ignore the misspelling.)
Teh,teh teh teh teh < I'm trying I swear, it's teh weirdest thing.

Looks great! Those must have been some huge turkey legs! They make your large BGE look like a small.

@tulocay The final temp on the legs one was 202* the other 197* . I thought I over cooked them. But they were perfect my 30 yr old daughter said they were best ever

@Dyal_SC Yes they were huge. They came in a double pack and believe it or not, they were the smallest of the groups of packs."I'm stupidest when I try to be funny"
