First Cake BGE
First time baking a cake went to the dollar store and bought the cake mix and pan cooked @ 350 direct heat took about 30 min next time in direct.Might use a heaver bake pan too thoughts would be welcome Cost of it all $2.75

For any baking, you need to go indirect. Also looks like your Egg may be listing to the right.

Definitely indirect and use a heavier pan to help with hot spots.

Just don't try an upside down cake.
Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...
