That Sebenza is a beautiful knife. When I use to frequent the BladeForums I was tempted a few times to pick one up.

I have about 50 in the rotation box but end up with a benchmade 940 Osborne or a kershaw skyline 90% of the time. I'm known as the knife guy around my unit and when asked, I suggest the skyline.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Keltec pf-9 for pistol, 4sevens preon 1 or mini 123 for a light.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Not fancy, but it works for me. Easy to open and close one-handed. I used to have the one with the tanto blade, but lost it a few years ago. I think I liked that one better.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

@caliking if you like that one (I had one years ago) you would fall in love with a Kershaw skyline. Only $38 or so.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

I carry this Boker at work as it doesn't drag my scrub pants down.
When not at work I run with a CRKT M16 similar to @caliking, along with my M&P Shield9 and a foursevens Quark TacticalAA.

I checked it out after you mentioned it, and I'll keep it in mind. SWMBO has a Kershaw Oso Sweet and is pleased with it. I'm less of a fan since it can't be closed one-handed.caliking said:travisstrick said:@caliking if you like that one (I had one years ago) you would fall in love with a Kershaw skyline. The skyline absolutely is one handed. I can't remember closing it two handed.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here. -

I use a spring loaded Smith and Wesson M&P. It has a window punch on the top as well. It has held up well for me and it was fairly inexpensive

Decades ago, I used to carry a Buck Knife in a leather holster. Then I stopped carrying a knife.
While backpacking I have a teeny little light weight buck knife I use for cleaning fish, cutting steak, and anything else I might need a knife for while out in the back country. My old buck Knife sits with car camping gear which doesn't get used very much. The rest of the time, I use kitchen knives of which I have a large selection to choose from, depending upon what I need to cut.

LOL - I know I'm older than you but your post flooded my mind with HP memories. Back in 1971 I requisitioned a financial model called a HP80. The price then was $500 which sounded unbelievable for a hand held calculator, but being the controller at our growing bank and responsible for buying bonds and other investments then yield computations were essential so the bank president signed off in a heartbeat. Cool thing was it - like subsequent HPs - it used "reverse Polish notation" which most people even to this day don't understand! That also meant no one would mess with my HP! Then it was stolen one night by someone in our janitorial service. By then the HP 80 had been discontinued and it was replaced by my first HP12c. Soon thereafter I left that job and have since had 3 other HPs.. In fact I just used it twice today and I still love reverse Polish notation! -
Swiss army. Yeah yeah. Laugh it up but I'm not in combat--I work on cars and use it regularly. :-BSlumming it in Aiken, SC.
