Last nights chicken wings

I followed @MGBBob80 recipe of cooking the wings indirect at 400. These wings turned out great - I usually just cook the wings direct on a raised grid. I used Sparkys sauce and added some franks red hot and a little ranch powder.

How long before you pulled and how long back on w/ sauce?New Albany, Ohio

@THEBuckeye I cooked the wings for about 60 minutes, sauced them and back on the egg for another 15 to caramelize the sauce.Next time I think I will sauce them a second time as well just to get more on there.
