Which Maverick?

Am new to all of this. Have read about the Maverick remote temp unit on this forum.  Are they worth it and what model is the best?  Amazon has the same model listed several times, but all seem to be slightly different.   Thanks in advance.

The newest is the 733. I just got mine last week, and I haven't used it yet. 

I bought one because so many people here use them. I will be using mine soon.

The G is the Georgia Bulldog G, but I do also like Green Bay Packers so maybe it is still ok!

I just bought the Maverick 733 and have used it a few times, makes cooking so much easier I had never had a temp reading on the grate before. I did an overnight with it and slept well, had the grate temp set at 225 for low and 275 for high just knowing an alarm would go off if I dropped too low or went too high I could sleep well.

The ET-733 is the latest model and works well. I has twin probes that can be used for any purpose such as meat, meat or meat and temp probe etc.

The only difference between all the ET-733 models is the color of the cases. Also be careful not to submerge the entire probe into water otherwise it will probably stop working.

Just wash the stainless steel part of the probe with your cleaning material of choice and you should be fine

stlcharcoal.. I just ordered the 733 from him. This will be my first maverick. He was extremely responsive and quick to work with. I just started talking to him yesterday and mine has an estimated delivery date of Friday. That is fast service.
