Tonight's cook...something different.

First I egged some chicken sausage while in a ci skillet I sautéed some onions peppers and garlic. Then added fresh tomatoes and corn plus some mole rub. Served it over some black bean pasta and finally topped with white cheddar. It was very delicious.

    Not this time. We had some that she found at the store and I wanted Mexican while she wanted pasta. So we combined the two. Definitely a keeper.
