Bachelor Meals III

Not sure what to call these; Asian Perogies? 

Made with leftover ground beef/pork and grill veggies, wrapped in egg roll wrappers.  Pretty good, and much more filling than I gave them credit for.  I quit at three, so I get to see how they reheat.  I suspect they will do well in the oven.  Definitely liked the sour cream better than the tomato sauce.  If you try this, use olive oil to bind the wrappers, and don't over fill.  Did at 400 in my normal pizza set up for 10 minutes.  I think 15 minutes would have been better.
