cooked em at 350 for just under 2 hours .
The Bones had more moisture then the meat did !!
easily the worst thing I have done on the egg .
I would be ashamed but I really I am still batting way over 400 ......

My guess is they weren't quite happy yet. Undercooked would be my guess.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

I smoked mine for 2.5 hours then braise for 2.5 hours all at 250, not turbo. Very moist
