Small egg FTW

Just another boring Boston butt. I planned on waking up at 3 am to watch British open coverage so I figured why not do my first overnight butt as well.
8# bone in, rubbed with the famous coffee rub. On the grill at 1030 pm at 250 with Royal Oak and peach wood.
Woke up at 3 and the small was rock steady at 285. I messed with the vents a little and when I Woke up again at 6 the temp was at 180. Got it Back quick to 285 where it stayed till I took it off 15 hours and change later. The small is a machine.
Three observations. 1)I may start eating coffee rub for meals.
2) I will go back to turbo. Same results and way easier.
3) the small egg freakin rocks!!!
