First Time At pulled Pork

I stared off with 6 pound boneless pork roast.Then put  my own dry rub  in the fridge for 6 hours.Put some apple wood chips at the  7 hours on direct heat   let the bge get to 250 the temp was hovering between that 300 all the time let it rest for 1 hour then pulled it apart.Best.
