Fresh as Fresh Can Be
While not on the egg, pretty satisfying. I don't eat much fish, but the quality of this (IMO) was just too good to pass up. Fresh caught off Ocean City, MD on Saturday! A little salt and pepper, a quick sear (30 secs) on each side, and some soy was all that was needed.
