This is one of my family's favorite cooks on the egg. I do both chicken and flank steaks in the marinade. Steaks I go caveman and chicken I go cast iron grate. Turns out outstanding...here is the recipe link http://www.nakedwhiz.com/flanksteakfajita.htm simple and awesome
