Picked up a couple organic Goat Chops. Never had goat. Never cooked goat. Any suggestions?

Rub em with s & p, cumin, ground coriander and (a little) turmeric. Cook direct at 400,Chop some cucumber and add it to some plain yoghurt with a little mint and white pepper.Spoon over cooked chops and serve with some Basmatti rice. Add saffron to the rice if you have some.Love goat. Really sweet if it's young.

Organic or not, the primary thing is how young was the goat. If you can be sure it was quite young, no more than 3 months, should be fine. Tender and mild.
Older, the flavor becomes stronger. My wife can not stand most goat. I'm OK with it, but I add strong curry or jerk seasoning.

I've had curried goat at a local Indian restaurant several times and found it quite tasty. It was tender and mild so I would assume a younger goat as noted above.
