Woke up @ 5 am and the fire had gone out (air flow?, some coal still in there (around the edges)
Anyway put more in & got it going steady @ 260 dome temp... Overslept and woke up to an internal temp of 213 so got it off of there STAT and wrapped in foil and put in small cooler about 30 min ago ... How long should I let it rest?

Well good luck and I hope it's great! You may consider chopping and if it's dry add some sauce and send someone to the store for some Hawaiian buns!Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE

Too long on the fire = too much bark & not enough to bite ~

You do'nt need to put in a cooler or wrap unless you are planning on eating lit later. Slice it right off the Egg.
