Went with Argentina. .....for food. Did a chimichura and baked empanadas. Pretty good. Made the dough also. Substituted ribeye instead of sirloin. Steak, potato, boiled egg, onion and spices. Baked instead of fried. I went to the store and bought LARD. I cried when I held it. Ahhhh,... lard.
