I use lots of Dizzy Pig rubs, and sometimes neglect the original. Had a wild hair to try Dizzy Dust on chicken thighs on the Mini tonight, and it was great. Was intending to sauce, but they didn't need it. Good stuff!

And if you have seen the latest Facebook shortcut for microwave sweet corn, without having to shuck first, yes, it really works  A little over 2 minutes works for me in my microwave, instead of the 4 they recommend. Worth a try if you don't like shucking sweet corn.
