Taquila Lime Chicken, Jalapeno Herb Bread and Snow Peas

Lots of things going on in town this weekend with Oregon Trail Days happening. Stopped by the farmers market this morning and found some artisan style bread. Wife picked up some cranberry something or other, and I grabbed a loaf of Jalapeno Herb. Hmm what can I make this with...
Chicken breasts were marinated in two shots of taquila, the juice of one lime, a pinch of salt and pepper, some chopped parsley and grated garlic. Wrapped them in plastic bag and into the fridge for 2 hours. Sliced up some onion, green bell pepper, a jalapeno, and some garlic. Got the egg up to 450 and put the veggies in.

Got the chicken out of the marinade, and dusted with Dizzy Pig Fajita-ish.

Picked a whole mess of snow peas at my parents last night. Put those in some tin foil with some butter, salt and sliced garlic.

While the chicken and veggies rested, toasted up the Jalapeno bread halves. Then added some provolone cheese slices and started piling things on.

Plated up with the snow peas, and a Angry Orchard to finish.
