Our first Big Green Egg changed our lives forever, and for the better.  Since 1999 we have met some of the nicest people, cooked and ate some of the best food, and generally enjoyed our lives much better than we could have ever hoped for.  The Big Green Egg just keeps on giving back a lot more than we paid for it.

To make our Egg'n even more fun we built the Chicken Coop to house our four 'Girls' and a menagerie of collectables friends have sent us over the years. 

The Coop is not only an outdoor kitchen but a wonderful place to just hang out.  If you're ever in Spring Texas, plan to stop by for a visit.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
